Compote – Puree

The taste of the fruit, carefully cooked in a copper cauldron, is revealed at the heart of our organic fruit purées. Made with care, by us in Vallieres, France while respecting the original qualities of the fruits. They preserve and sublimate the natural colors and aromas of the fruit.

We select varieties of many fruits with high natural sugar levels to make tasty products without added sugar.
