Juice workshop / jams / fruit puree

We personally handle all the processing steps of fruit juice and jam to ensure the best results and traceability of our products.

We also transform products for others who recognize the quality of our work.

To support the small local arboriculture, we are collecting apples and pears juice. This makes it possible to maintain the local varieties of wildapples such as Boussy’s cross (“easy” apple to grow in Organic Farming.)
